365 Front Desk provides an AI-powered voice receptionist service that handles incoming calls, answers questions using a provided knowledge base, and manages calendar appointments via Google Calendar integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided to the AI agent.
• Complying with all local laws and regulations regarding call recording and telecommunications.
• Ensuring you have the necessary permissions to connect and share data from your Google Calendar.

4. Google Calendar Integration

The Service requires access to your Google Calendar to perform its core functions. You acknowledge that:

• The Service will read and write events to your connected calendar.
• You can disconnect the integration at any time through the dashboard.
• We are not responsible for any calendar conflicts or errors caused by incorrect settings or manual changes made to your Google Calendar outside of the Service.

5. Subscription and Billing

Usage of the Service is subject to subscription fees based on your chosen tier. All payments are processed via our third-party payment provider. Trial limits apply as stated on our pricing page.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 365 Front Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent or illegal activity.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
