What counts as a minute?
Each minute of an active call counts against your plan. Unanswered calls (less than 10 seconds) don't count.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
You'll get a notification as you approach your limit. You can add a top-up block at any time — +100 min for $20 on Starter, +200 min for $30 on Pro.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Sign up and you're live in under 10 minutes.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual plans with a discount are on the roadmap. Currently all plans are billed monthly.
What's included in the free trial?
50 minutes of call time within a 14-day window. Your dedicated phone number is active immediately. You're charged only after the trial ends or minutes are used.
